A 30″ vertical touch screen with 30 veterans’ audio stories of the Normandy Campaign. A small grid pans the images up top and controls sound. Given disability requirements, a small area at the bottom had to control the whole screen. Buttons at bottom toggle language and subtitles. The touch-screen piece appears in a cylindrical pod within the newly built $30 million Normandy American Cemetery Visitor Center in France.
